Australia is taking licks, West Indies whipping England, what is going on in world cricket. Change is coming, whatever it is, it’s good for cricket.
The West Indies played a great game and won a good match but please people, let’s not get besides ourselves here, please don’t put too much into this solitary victory. Some people are already proclaiming that Caribbean Cricket have turned the corner, a rebirth of sorts but we should be cautious about these statements. While it really was a great victory, much much much is left to be done. The road back to the top is long and arduous but they’ve taken the first steps back.
